If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us within 30 days, you can get your money back if a resolution is not met. You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. After 30 days we will happily exchange the item or refund your purchase price minus 10% to cover re-stocking. All return delivery costs will be at the buyers expense.
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
– Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
– Has one or more parts of accessories missing
– Does not match with what was ordered
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, any damage to packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returned/Refund items only include hardware, un-opened/unused consumables, non-activated software, pre-paid service. Digital Masters will only be refunded if a resolution cannot be met and Barcode Print is at fault.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase to the below-mentioned address in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Items that have been sold under a promotion or at a discounted rate are not eligible for return.
